What do I need to consider when ordering a cake?

You can call or email us to discuss your cake ideas. If an appointment is necessary, we will gladly set up a time to meet with you. 

What is the payment policy?

For wedding cakes we require a 20% down to reserve the date of the event. The full amount must be paid two weeks before the reserved day. The deposit is non-refundable after the two week deadline if the date is not available anymore or sugar flowers were already made for your cake. 

All other cakes must be paid in full at least one week before the due date.

What are the delivery options?

We are able to deliver our cakes and additional charges may be added depending on the final destination.  Cakes that require on-site assembly must be delivered by us.

Do I need an appointment to order a cake? 

We are committed to provide full attention to our customers' desires. Some cake orders can be done over the phone or email, others require a consultation. I believe in treating each customer individually and with no pressure, so we'll do whatever makes you feel more comfortable.

For wedding orders, It is preferred to schedule an initial consultation. If you book your event with us, further meetings are optional as finishing details and information can be exchanged via email or phone. 

Do we offer cake tastings? 

Part of the consultation can be the cake tasting. We have a $25.00 fee and we include two 6" cakes of your flavor of choice. At the end of the meeting, the cakes are yours to take with you to share with friends and family.

What happens during a scheduled appointment?

Customers are encouraged to bring with them materials that might help personalize their dream wedding cake. It can be piece of fabric, photographs from magazines, designs found on the Internet, or even personal items that you want to get replicated. If you find something that strikes your fancy, I can help you expand the idea by making suggestions and guide you in order to achieve your desires. Coming up with the perfect cake for your special event can seem intimidating, but we'll make all in our hands to make it easy on yourself.

Cake/Treat Order Form.

We will go over an order form that covers basic information about you, your special day and specifics of the desired look of the cake. With this, I can get to know my customer better and in turn, this allows me to provide the best service possible.

Can I use flowers in my cake? 

Yes! Flowers are a beautiful and elegant complement to any cake. Your cake can have either fresh or sugar flowers. Keep in mind that sugar flowers tend to be very pricey, but a lot of people are willing to pay the price for an edible piece of art that will last for years to come.
